In order to celebrate the Party's centenary and maintain its people-centered principles, Guiyang bureau of agriculture and rural affairs recently organized seven groups of agricultural technicians to instruct villagers on best practice during the spring sowing and ploughing season, according to local media reports.
The instructions focused on key local plants such as blueberries, edible fungi, kiwi fruit and tea bushes. In response to villagers' actual needs, technicians offered various forms of instructive services to ensure the production and quality of the plants.
