Scoot, a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines, announced that it will launch a new route between Singapore and Guiyang on Oct 26. Operated by Airbus A320neo, the route will operate three flights per week.
Apart from Guiyang, Scoot will also scale up capacity across the Asia‑Pacific region for the 2026-27 winter‑spring season to meet rising travel demand over the year‑end holiday period.
Within Southeast Asia, frequencies for the Singapore‑Hat Yai route will rise from 12 to 14 weekly flights. Singapore‑Phuket route will be increased from 17 to 21 weekly services. Starting December, the route from Singapore to Clark in the Philippines will go from seven to 10 weekly flights. Effective January 2027, the Singapore‑Kota Kinabalu (Malaysia) route will increase from 10 to 13 weekly rotations.
With the launch of the new route, Scoot will operate 81 weekly flights to 16 cities in Chinese mainland. Its route network will cover 86 destinations across 18 countries and regions in the Asia‑Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe, offering travelers new options during the peak holiday season.
