The 108th China Food & Drink Fair was held in Chengdu from April 12 to 14, with GAIG's pepper, milk, roxburgh rose juice and other products exhibited at the event.

In recent years, GAIG has been actively developing the intensive processing industry for vegetables, and it hopes to take advantage of the fair to promote the export of Guizhou-featured products.

During the fair, Guiyang Vegetable Basket Group Co, a subsidiary of GAIG, held the launch ceremony for a new series of seasoning products and held an investment fair entitled "A Mouthful of Vinegar-Pepper, Taste Guizhou Flavor".

The seasoning series mainly includes Guizhou-style chili products and sour soup products made using an intangible cultural heritage technique. The chili product proved particularly popular among the Chengdu residents and dealers onsite.

According to statistics, the investment fair received nearly 10,000 people on the first day, with the contract signing amount reaching 8.5 million yuan ($1.23 million).

In addition, Guizhou Nanfang Dairy Co exhibited a series of room-temperature and low-temperature milk products, while Guizhou Haike Industrial Development Co brought roxburgh rose juice and other new products. The two companies are also subsidiaries of GAIG.
