The Guizhou Big Data Exchange and Beijing Business Center District Xinlian Technology Co signed a strategic agreement on March 4 in Guiyang – capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – to join forces in the field of data elements.

Xinlian Technology Co is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Beijing CBD International Group and is said to be a pioneer in the identification of digitalized precise risks for the country's fourth batch of high-tech enterprises.

For its part, the Guizhou Big Data Exchange provides convenient and secure data circulation and trading services nationwide – promoting interconnections and intercommunications of data circulation and trading across regions.

Under the agreement, the two will leverage and combine their respective strengths and professional know-how.

This will be in order to jointly explore cooperation in such areas as company data asset assessments and financing, cross-border data services, digital economic services for rural revitalization and innovation in digital collections.
