Guiyang and Gui'an commence 148 key projects worth 46b yuan

In the first quarter, Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area in Southwest China's Guizhou province initiated 148 major projects, all of which have a total investment of 46.41 billion yuan.

A total of 106 of these projects fall under the "Four Modernizations" initiative, with a combined investment of 39.06 billion yuan.

To be more specific, there are 34 new industrialization projects with a total investment of 13.07 billion yuan; 65 new urbanization projects with a total investment of 25.49 billion yuan; five modern agricultural projects with a total investment of 232 million yuan, and two tourism industrialization projects with a total investment of 271 million yuan.

Additionally, Guiyang and Gui'an have plans to develop 34 infrastructure projects that have a total investment of 4.11 billion yuan, as well as eight livelihood projects that have a total investment of 3.25 billion yuan.

Looking at the distribution of these projects, 14 are located in Gui'an, 13 are in Huaxi district, 12 are in Yunyan district, and five are in Baiyun district.
