Training improves enterprises' innovation

In order to promote Guiyang's industrial development, the Guiyang municipal bureau of industry and information technology held a training session on management methods and policies issued by the provincial and municipal enterprise technology center, intellectual property rights, research and development activities, financial management and technological innovation system development, on Aug 23.

The event, organized by the Guiyang Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Service Center, provided training for 76 administrators of small and medium-size enterprises.

Officials of the bureau said in a speech that enterprises should fully realize the importance of standardizing and systematically building a technological innovation system and strengthen the comprehensive capacity building of enterprises in technological development, information resource integration, industry-university-research cooperation, cultivation of technological innovation teams, and technical management through the platform of the enterprise technology center to promote innovation and development.

Li Wei, a professor at Guizhou University, explained the establishment of enterprise technology centers through four different themes: "why to establish an enterprise technology center", "how to establish an enterprise technology center", "how to operate a technology center" and "how to improve the innovation and development of an enterprise technology center", interpret relevant policies in detail, and elaborated on the declaration conditions of provincial and municipal enterprise technology centers.

In addition, intellectual property rights and enterprise financial management were also discussed by professors.

Next, the bureau will continue to support technological innovation among enterprises and promote the cultivation and identification of municipal enterprise technology centers and provincial enterprise technology centers.
