Kaiyang county in Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, will launch various measures to accelerate the cultivation of industrial enterprises above the designated size – those with an annual output value of 20 million yuan ($2.89 million) or more.
In 2021, the county aims to add 15 industrial enterprises above the designated size, further enhancing the overall strength and development potential of the industrial economy.
Industrial enterprises with operating income of 15 million to 20 million yuan and high-growth industrial enterprises with operating income of less than 15 million yuan will be listed as key cultivation targets.
Kaiyang will help companies solve difficulties and problems encountered in project implementation and construction, and promote their completion and commissioning on schedule.
The county will comprehensively analyze the development trends of middle and small-sized enterprises. It will help enterprises that are at risk of production difficulties by offering them targeted strategies to stabilize growth.
