Guiyang's service platform for private enterprises launches new system

The new system of the Guiyang Private Economy Service Platform (Guishangyi贵商易) was launched on March 1, covering five service categories related to policies, complaints, government affairs, markets and finance.

Guishangyi will provide professional services throughout each company's life cycle – from registration and establishment to development and growth.

The industry classification, product display and interface layout have been optimized to provide broader coverage and more accurate classification of supply and demand information. The platform has also helped companies expand their market through online communication and offline cooperation.

In the two years since Guishangyi was launched, it has used the internet, cloud computing and other new-generation information technologies to solve the difficult problems faced during private enterprises' development – achieving initial results.

At present, more than 100,000 companies have been certified by the platform. It has released 1,200 corporate policy documents and accepted 327 corporate complaints.

The platform's financial services have provided enterprises with financial support of more than 3.2 billion yuan ($494.84 million), which has effectively alleviated financing problems for enterprises.

In the future, Guiyang will increase publicity for the platform and guide enterprises to use it. By the end of 2021, all enterprises above a designated size – those with an annual output of 20 million yuan or more – in Guiyang will use the platform. All private enterprises will be fully covered within two years.
