Intelligent transformation helps Guiyang-based company's development

Guizhou Guicai Innovation Technology Co in Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone has accelerated digital and intelligent transformation in recent years and significantly improved production efficiency.

The development zone is located in Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

The company is one of the three large-scale aluminum alloy profile manufacturers in the province with the largest scale and product varieties.

"After upgrading the original production lines, all workshops have now achieved automated production, and production efficiency and quality have also been greatly improved," said Li Yanlei, vice general manager of the company.

The company's product qualification rate has increased from 82 percent to more than 95 percent through intelligent transformation. Its products have received a good response in the Guizhou market and have also been sold in Guangxi, Hunan, Yunnan, Sichuan, Chongqing and other surrounding areas.

In 2020, the company's revenue reached 530 million yuan ($81.76 million).

This year, Guizhou Guicai Innovation Technology Co will invest more than 10 million yuan to increase mold design and development, improve innovation capabilities and enhance brand awareness to adapt to the increasingly fierce competition in the international and domestic market.
