Eleven enterprises from Southwest China's Guizhou province have been included on a list of industrial enterprise pilot projects for the use of intellectual property (IP) rights, according to an announcement by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
The enterprises cover fields related to medicine, equipment, and chemical engineering.
In recent years, Guizhou has carried out experimental cultivation of the use of IP rights in industrial enterprises in the province, and has achieved a range of results.
The 11 companies all have a certain foundation and experience in the use of IP rights, with relatively complete IP management systems, so they are able to play a leading role in the industry.
In the future, the province's relevant departments will further strengthen guidance on the management of the IP rights of pilot enterprises, and improve the level of IP management and the application capabilities of enterprises.
