Guiyang focuses on digital transformation of industry

In recent years, the Guiyang bureau of industry and information has prioritized the integration of big data and industry, focusing on the industrial internet to drive the digital transformation of the manufacturing sector.

The bureau has also encouraged manufacturers to use cloud technology to enhance the sector's digital, networked and intelligent development.

Many companies in Guiyang have already actively adapted to the industrial internet. They have applied intelligent industrial manufacturing solutions and utilized powerful data service providers, to provide a wealth of intelligent applications.

At present, Guiyang has 10 national intelligent manufacturing related pilot demonstration enterprises.

It is also home to 31 national informatization and industrialization pilot enterprises, 20 provincial intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration projects and 44 provincial-level integration benchmarking projects.

Plans are for the Guiyang bureau of industry and information to continue to promote the integrated development of new generation information technologies -- such as big data, 5G network, artificial intelligence and manufacturing.
