Guiyang industries sustain steady growth in January to July

From January to July, Guiyang's industries above designated size maintained steady growth.

Their added value was up 3.6 percent year-on-year, and the growth rate in the first seven months increased by 0.7 percentage points over the first six months of the year.

Of the total, the added value of the mining industry and manufacturing industry saw year-on-year increases of 26.5 percent and 3.8 percent, respectively.

During the period, the added value of the city's eight key industries accounted for 85.3 percent of that of the city's industries above a designated size.

In addition, the added value of the city's 50 key industrial enterprises increased by 11 percent year-on-year, which was 7.4 percentage points higher than the city's average during the period.
