Guiyang HIDZ provides policy support funds for enterprises

Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (HIDZ) in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has provided more than 3.47 million yuan ($489,946.91) of policy support funds to 50 enterprises in the zone.

Of this total, 21 industrial enterprises above a designated size - meaning those with an annual revenue of 20 million yuan or more - got special funds of 1.79 million yuan.

Also, more than 60,000 yuan in subsidies was provided to 14 enterprises that were severely affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, in industries like commerce, accommodation, catering, tourism, culture and entertainment.

In March this year, Guiyang HIDZ launched 15 policies and measures to support enterprises to accelerate development due to the impact of the epidemic.

For enterprises registered in Guiyang HIDZ, preferential policies such as incentives, subsidies and guarantees will be given to alleviate the pressure on the enterprises and help them overcome any difficulties.

In addition, the zone organized exchange meetings between the government, banks and enterprises, to provide enterprises with convenient and efficient financing services, and help them solve their financing needs.
