GETDZ ensures medical supplies go to companies

The Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, recently distributed epidemic prevention materials to resident companies, providing them with a guaranteed supply for their projects and production, GETDZ officials said.

To date, the GETDZ has distributed 44 bottles of disinfectant, 22 barrels of alcohol and hand soap to 12 companies and 10 projects. The zone adopted an interval distribution method to avoid the possibility of cross-inflection from gatherings of staff.

It proactively helped businesses with a large demand for materials and also organized medical institutions to conduct nucleic acid testing and CT inspections of employees in need.

Officials said the GETDZ next plans to continue actively helping resident companies resume work and production, helping them in sourcing anti-epidemic materials.
