Responsibilities:

The human resources department is responsible for authorized strength, personnel management, cadre team construction, and target performance management of the organs and affiliated units of the commission. It organizes and implements the major decisions of the Leading Party Members' Group; conducts management and service of retired personnel of the commission, and guides the retired cadre work of affiliated units; and undertakes the daily work of the Party Committee office. The department also sets up Party organizations of the commission in accordance with relevant regulations.
