Responsibilities: 

The financial management department compiles and executes the budget of the commission; manages the funds of the commission; conducts financial work; manages the financial accounting work of affiliated units; pays medical and social insurance, housing provident fund and housing increment and management; supervises, maintains and increases the value the State-owned assets, and performs the duties of State-owned assets ownership representative; and works on centralized procurement and fixed asset accounting management.
