Responsibilities: 

The social development department studies and proposes social development strategies, formulates and coordinates social undertaking development plans and annual plans; studies and formulates population development strategies, planning and population policies, and coordinates development plans and policies in the cultural, educational, health and family planning, sports, radio, film and television, and civil affairs areas; deals with major issues in the development and reform of social undertakings; manages and reports social development projects, and works on big health development.
