Responsibilities: 

The integrated transportation department plans the transportation and postal development and the national economic and social development; conducts examination, approval, registration or report of major projects according to their authority and coordinates the implementation; comprehensively balances transportation project construction funds; studies and formulates the development plans, policies and measures for Guiyang's logistics industry; and monitors and analyzes market conditions and coordinates major issues in the reform of the circulation system. It undertakes the daily work of the Guiyang municipal modern logistics industry development leading group.
