Responsibilities: 

The economic system reform department studies economic system reform issues and puts forward guidance to economic system reforms; formulates comprehensive economic system reform programs; conducts research on special economic system reform programs and promotes reform process; oversees economic system pilot reform and reform experimental areas; and proposes suggestions for problems occurred in the process of economic system reform. The department advances the supply-side structural reform in Guiyang.
