Baiyun district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has succeeded in its efforts to build 15-minute circles and renovate old communities.

In 2022, Baiyun started building two 15-minute living circles covering a total of 5.41 square kilometers in its jurisdiction.

Within the circles, residents have access to the Baiyun branch of the Guizhou Medical University, Baiyun District Experimental Middle School, Zhongba Farmer's Market and Gongjiazhai Comprehensive Culture Service Center.
