The output value of Chinese central State-owned enterprises in the jurisdiction of Baiyun district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, reached 9.20 billion yuan ($1.31 billion) in the first 10 months of this year, according to information from the Baiyun industry and information technology bureau.
Among the enterprises are AVIC Standard Parts Manufacturing Co, the Guizhou branch of the Aluminum Corporation of China and the CRRC Guiyang Co.
Their output value accounts for 83.6 percent of the annual target.
"As of Oct 30, the company's output value has increased by 43.4 percent year-on-year, and its operating income has increased by 24.3 percent year-on-year," according to a person in charge at AVIC Standard Parts Manufacturing Co.
"This year's output value is expected to exceed 1.4 billion yuan," he added.
AVIC Standard Parts Manufacturing Co, a specialized manufacturing enterprise under the Aviation Industry Group, makes products for aviation, aerospace, high-speed rail, ships and other fields.
