The government affairs service center of Guiyang Municipal People's Government, in collaboration with the Guiyang branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), unveiled the Yunyan district convenience service station in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on May 9.

The convenient service station is part of the 15-minute government service circle, aiming to provide government and financial services.

It is a pioneering example of the "government-bank cooperation" model in the city. It is also the first of its kind in the city.

Through counters, smart terminals and smartphone apps, it offers over 3,000 government services, including social security card replacement, housing provident fund deposit and registration, medical insurance service, and company registration.

The 15-minute government service circle is an important step taken by Guiyang to streamline administration, delegate power, improve regulation, and upgrade services, as well as promote the transformation of government functions, aiming to offer people high-quality public services right at their door steps.

The establishment of the Yunyan district convenience service station not only expands the bank's own service network, but also represents an innovative attempt by Guiyang to improve its government services.

In the future, the government affairs service center of the Guiyang Municipal People's Government plans to deepen cooperation with various financial institutions, optimize service processes, expand service channels, and improve service efficiency.

This initiative is geared towards creating a comprehensive, efficient government service environment that leaves no citizen behind.
