A children's garden party opened to great fanfare at the Penglai Fairyland Moli Town Scenic Spot in Baiyun district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on April 29.

The scenic spot, which is a branch venue of the 2023 Guiyang Baiyun International Kite Festival, launched an array of kite-related family activities during the May Day holiday from April 29 to May 3.
