Baiyun service center obtains national honor

The Baiyun administrative service center was recently given the title of National Government Service Innovation Model in 2021, becoming one of 10 such centers to receive the honor.

The results were announced on Dec 10 on the online 11th Data Intelligence Application Model Golden Bell Award Summit and Third-Party Evaluation Results Release Seminar for Government Services. 

The selection was publicly solicited across the country, with full evaluation carried out on 225 cases, 71 physical government affairs halls, 36 key cities' integrated government service platforms and on mobile terminals.

The assessment was reportedly mainly based on four secondary indicators for work guides, hardware support, handling of individual matters and interactive communication -- as well as 11 secondary response indicators and 34 tertiary indicators.

Zhang Xuelian, director of the Baiyun administrative center, said it had established a customized enterprise service department and two stations for corporate services -- the Private Economic Cluster Service Station and the Cloud Space Entrepreneur Talent Salon Service Station.

These reportedly provide enterprises with personalized and specialized accurate services and help enterprises in the jurisdiction to enjoy much more convenient services.

Through data integration, data analysis, data detection and intelligent responses, the Baiyun center has reportedly achieved 100 percent online applications for public affairs.
