Baiyun district in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, signed a cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Yitian Group on April 14, solidifying their partnership for the Fanhuali (Donghuali) commercial project.

Fanhuali is the first block-style commercial complex in Guiyang. Located at the junction of Baiyun district and Guanshanhu district, it has a total construction area of more than 130,000 square meters.

Surrounded by middle- and high-end housing, the complex has nearly 500,000 potential customers. It is expected that the development will be popular with tourists due to its prime location near the national 4A-level scenic spot Quanhu Park and West Putuo Temple, which has a history of more than 300 years.

Yitian Group will combine its business operation and management experience with high-quality cultural and tourism resources to build a discount center for famous brands in Guiyang, a popular resort city in Southwest China.

The project's design will utilize elements of Guizhou's stunning landscapes and ethnic culture. The project is expected to become a new commercial landmark and a high-end business area in Southwest China.
