Red lanterns hang on trees along a street in Baiyun district in Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province. The lanterns create a festive atmosphere for the upcoming Spring Festival – the most important traditional festival in China, which falls on Feb 12 this year. The streets, parks and squares in the district have been decorated with more than 5,000 red lanterns, more than 6,300 pendant decorations and more than 100,000 potted flowers. [Photo/gywb.cn]
