The Baiyun district in the city of Guiyang – capital of China's Southwest Guizhou province – signed an agreement on Oct 24 with the Beijing-headquartered Liando Group, for it to build and operate an industrial park there.
The group's subsidiary Liando U Valley operates 258 industrial parks in over 50 cities and has attracted more than 12,000 enterprises to them, in the fields of emerging manufacturing, science and technology.
The signing ceremony marked the development of a science and technology complex project supported by Liando U Valley, which would have synergies with seven major projects already launched in Baiyun for equipment manufacturing, new materials and the smart medical industry.
The signing ceremony was a good start for further conversations and cooperation with Liando Group, to achieve a mutually beneficial result, said Song Xusheng, secretary of the CPC Baiyun district committee.
