Baiyun company boosts training for employees

In order to improve the work efficiency and create a team that can adapt to high-intensity work, Baiyun Urban Construction Investment Group has strengthened its training of staff vocational skills, according to a company spokesman.

He said the company provides various training for its employees to improve their skill sets. During the course of the training, for example, the methodology of teaching and discussion groups are combined so that staff gets to identify and solve sets of problems posed in class.
